Damayan Yoga was founded by Allan Ray Enriquez in October 2022. According to their website, Enriquez became a yoga teacher in 2020 and is a trauma-informed yoga teacher teaching Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Traditional Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Aerial and Chair Yoga, in different studios in the Philippines.
